I think she's one of the most gorgeous women around, largely because she's so natural looking. She's beautiful, but it's the sort of beautiful you might actually see IRL. Anyway, all gushing aside, these icons are from the first two episodes of "Press Gang", which were broadcast in 1989, making it the perfect era for BE. You can't have her for that, though, because she's mine :p Julia has always been my top choice for Hermione, although her hair is probably too short for that here. I'll do some longer-haired "Press Gang" icons of her later, but I thought that Emmeline was the priority right now. (You know, I don't know which is more annoying to icon - dark horror flicks or grainy, beige 80s telly! I tried out a new technique in the second half of these, so opinions would be appreciated.)    |

Thus, this was a very pleasant set to do, despite the 80s film quality. I'd love to see Molly as a young Molly Weasley, although she'd also work well as a Slytherin in this role, I think. She'd be a great Lily if only her hair were a little longer :( This marks the end of my The Breakfast Club set. As a warning, there are a handful of icons in here that aren't really suitable as PB icons, as I was playing about with possible icons for my LJ as well ;) Oh, and for the age purists, she's 17 here.    |

Judd Nelson's really rather sexy in this... even if he is completely unbelievable as a highschool student. He turned 26 the year the film came out. As usual with icons I make from screen caps, there are probably quite a few doubled-up expressions here. It's easier to upload the whole lot - if anyone uses them, they can do the picking and choosing *g* Tell you what, I'm glad there's only Molly left to do. I hate the bad lighting and grainy-ness of this film.    |

I actually really like Ally as a Millicent possibility. She's not as big or burly as I'd like, but I think she makes a good compromise for people who want to pay attention to canon but not have her as a fat brute *g* Her expressions alone are enough to make me want to use her for my Millicent at some point in the future. Obviously, these and the other icons in the set suffer a little from the film's age. I've cleaned the icons up as much as possible, but they still won't be as clear and bright as something NOT made two decades ago ;) Also, most of the icons in this set will be close-ups, due to the nature of the film.    |

Not all, because I kept forgetting *g* Apologies to anyone wanting the original blue eyes ;) Once again, a lot of these icons come from scenes where it was nigh on pitch black, so the icons vary accordingly.    |

The rest are from I Love You To Death which makes him 20-ish, and also means that I'm dealing with the aformentioned darkness issue.    |
